When creating an event, leave the banner section empty for now.
Then, when you get to the next page after clicking “preview” at the bottom of this form, you can edit your event and add the banner.
This is a security feature of the website to not allow a banner upload without an account. Filling out this form with your email address and proceeding to the next page automatically creates your account allowing you to then add your banner to the event
